Checking out the Great Northwest HOA's property for damage after the storm with a DJI Avata drone

What does a drone pilot do when they have spare time on their hands? They power up their drone, turn on their goggles & controller, then get in the air.

We had a nasty line of thunderstorms come through our town last night, causing property damage, uprooting trees and breaking tree limbs. So I decided to take a quick peek around the main HOA facility to see if there was anything noticeable besides minor limb damage. their in-house landscaping crew had already cleaned up the broken limbs that I had spotted earlier.
