Today we have another dual Primer with Dave over at @Just the Watch . We are taking a look at a vintage-inspired 38mm Panda Mechanical Chronograph. Powered by a Seagull ST2901 Movement, one of the best, and probably only affordable chronograph movement. This watch is made by Merkur, but sold under the brand name Pierre Paulin.
