How Russia bombed its own city.

On April 21st, a Russian Su-34 bomber dropped a bomb on its own city.
I believe that this may have been the deployment of a FAB-500-M62 with a glide kit installed. These glide kits can extend the range of a bomb by deploying fins. The American JDAM-ER works under similar principles and has a range of about 45 miles or 72KM, so since physics is physics, it is fair to assume a Russian glide bomb would have similar range.
I believe that the release point of the bomb was over Belgorod with a target north of Kharkiv. The bomb's fins failed to deploy and instead of flying into Ukraine, the bomb fell straight down.
