Join Libby with guests Celia, Natalie and Stephanie as they share their knowledge and expertise on homeschooling and discuss support organisations, secondary options for teens at home and experiences as homeschooling parents.

Celia Harding is a homeschooling mother of three. She was homeschooled herself, never went to school and holds a first-class Honours degree in English Literature and History. Celia is passionate about sharing knowledge and experiences to help others on their journey.

Natalie has homeschooled for 18 years. She and her husband, Mark, have five children; two have graduated from university and one is currently at university. The remaining two are in their secondary years. They live in Auckland, although Natalie originally hails from a dairy farm in Taranaki. Natalie has been heavily involved in both local and regional homeschool support groups and in organising overseas and New Zealand speakers to travel throughout the country speaking to and encouraging homeschoolers. Natalie was the Government Liaison Officer for the Auckland Region for five years and has spoken numerous times on what options are available for homeschoolers during the secondary years.

Stephanie is a teacher by profession, with classroom teaching and individual tutoring experience in New Zealand and England. She homeschooled her five children; the older two had a couple of spells in school; the younger three never went to school. She has written courses and books for homeschooling parents, offering sensible homeschool help from someone who has ‘walked the talk’. Stephanie loves to support people in their parenting, especially in homeschooling.
