Vladlen Tatarsky, or rather everything that was left of him, was put into a black garbage bag. The mourning for the murdered propagandist is officially over.

In Moscow, a janitor put all the flowers, photos and symbols from the Tatarsky’s memorial into a black trash bag. The local resident was outraged by the situation.

So symbolically, the Russian military commissar, even after his death, ended up where he belonged.
