Washington fails to manage 'hegemonic decline,' says U.S. expert

The U.S. is "no longer a hegemon of the planet," said Anton Fedyashin, associate professor at American University, in an interview with CGTN's "Facts Tell". He said the country has failed to manage its hegemonic decline "intelligently and ably with nuanced, smart, creative foreign policy."
