Mending a Maimed Mandolin - Part1

Repairing acoustic instruments such as acoustic guitars, violins and mandolins is not for the faint hearted. I've tried my hand at it a few times, and although I've learned a few tricks, there is so much more to know. In this video I had to come up with some creative techniques to repair a friend's mandolin that had suffered some damage. This one was a challenge and I learned some new techniques, as well as some things that I could do better. All in all, though, it was an enjoyable project.
