Paula Black Breast Cancer

Paula Black had a lump in her breast that got larger and larger. Later she got a breast cancer diagnosis. The biggest challenge she had throughout the whole journey was fear. People get fearful. They trust their doctors and give away their powers.

Paula Black's Cancer Mindset Change

Paula gave it to the doctors, the medical system, and her cancer. But later, she took control and took her power back. Paula wrote out three pages of affirmations, scriptures, and truths that she believed about her situation. Every time that fear came in, she would pull them out and say them out loud. Paula believes we are three-part people: our mind, will, and emotions. Our spirit and soul are eternal.

Our Beliefs Make Us Sick

Paula knew she had to deal with all three parts of her if she would get well. She prayed and read the scripture of what was true about her. We don't realize how important our beliefs are to our health. You have to trust your body, take ownership, and say, I'm responsible. You have to make the best choices possible.

You have to own who you are and that you are the healed, not the sick. It's all up here in your mind. A spoken word is a powerful tool to express authority over our lives and speak life over ourselves daily. Unforgiveness creates a lot of stress in our bodies. It releases toxic stress hormones. Those deplete our immune system. We need our immune system to fight cancer.

Paula keeps telling people to forgive and get rid of the anger. They're toxic to your body, and it's not about letting someone off the hook. It's about you living and being well.
