Following some of your suggestions, I wound up buying two Fliegers from Escapment Time On Aliexpress. One which is an Automatic Type B, and one which is a Quartz Chrono Version. I have to say, I'm quite impressed with what you get for the price. This Automatic Type B is 42mm wide and powered by a Seiko NH35A movement.
