In the Capitol Tunnels looking for ice cream

No Biden photos today, after nearly a week of seeing him everyday (and I will see him tomorrow). Today was about Capitol Hill and it was hot--like in the 90s, so I decided to go wonder about the tunnels and hallways to find some ice cream. Didn't work out that well. After that we're off to the White House to see the President...of Colombia (I told you I wouldn't see Biden today). He did a meeting at the White House and then came out to speak to the press. In Spanish. Oh well. I filmed a bit and you can see what I see.
