04/21/2023 GhettoRacer (age 49) vs. Brenton (age 32) 1 on 1 basketball good close game!

I am 5'11" (180 cm) currently 188.1 lbs (85.5 kg) trying to shave off at least 10 kg of pure fat... I could be a lot better. I'm very eager to get back into being 75kg or less...

Brenton is 191 cm (6'3") about the same weight as me he has much less fat and is way stronger and better athlete than I am. He can squat 650+ lbs, dead lift over 750 lbs. I'm only at 242 lbs squatting for working sets and my deadlift is about 350 lbs.

Brenton has hyper extended his shooting arm so he lost his shooting touch for almost 3 month. However the touch is coming back nicely.
