I don’t know if you guys have heard, but a new Drake song featuring The Weeknd is blowing-up online – hardly a headline making event to be sure – but here’s the thing, this track titled “Heart on My Sleeve” was released by a faceless producer wearing what appears to be a white bed-sheet and sunglasses who says they generated the song using just AI! This new single first appeared in a TikTok post over the weekend by a producer going by the handle “Ghostwriter977” -- someone who claims that they were formerly an industry ghostwriter who got paid next to nothing just so that major labels could profit off their work. Now, with the help of social media, they’re ready to take the power back into their own hands.
