TikTok car thefts continue; CA attorney general wants federal action

Angela Winters says it only took thieves 60 seconds to steal her Kia Rio from in front of her house. She suspects the thieves were helped by security vulnerabilities in the car's ignition software. Kia said they offer a free software update to address the exploit, but California Attorney General Rob Bonta says it's not enough. 23ABC's Brianna Willis has the story.
