Government Employee's Form Illegal Protest On Capitol Grounds

April 19, 2023 marks the first official day of the PSAC federal strike. 155,000 employees have taken to the picket lines to protest for fair wages and better workplace environment.

PSAC is demanding 9% over 3 years.
The Government is only willing to do 6.18% over 3 years.

PSAC is striking over 2.82%. The government will be saving 32 MILLION dollars daily from not having to play 155,000 employees, and after 8 days of striking the government will have enough to pay the missing 2.82% raise.
