Many of you know and love Lila from her generous sharing of her gnosis in the health space, her abundant knowledge of human design and her infectious warm energy she gives so freely. I'm honored to have her also on the show to really hone in on what sort of healing practices she has given Manda to really accelerate her healing and what we all can be doing to keep our bodies moving happily and healthily wherever we are.
