The following foods are typical components of a ketogenic diet:
• Low-carb veggies like leafy greens, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini
• High-fat meats like beef, lamb, hog and chicken
• Fatty fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel
• Healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and butter Eggs
Almonds, macadamia nuts, and chia seeds are examples of nuts and seeds. Cheese, cream, and butter are examples of dairy products.
