People in South Padre Island, TX watched as SpaceX launched their starship on Thursday morning. On Twitter, Elon Musk, CEO and chief engineer of SpaceX, stated "Congrats @SpaceX team on an exciting test launch of Starship! Learned a lot for next test launch in a few months."
