This has got to be one of the most unusual watches I've seen on Aliexpress. As it's a new take on the older Direct Read Watches from the 60s. Although here it's powered by a standard PT5000 movement, then a specialized jumping hour movement of the past. It's the Omnion Lance / OM01 from Proxima.
