1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
3 Knobs of Butter

THE GRITS
1 Knob of Butter
2 Cups of Water
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
Finely Diced Chives
1/2 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Fontina Cheese
Salt & Pepper as Instructed
