The unprofessional conduct of your Cheif Executive Officer, Jim Gould. During a recent meeting, he made several inappropriate and offensive remarks that are not befitting of someone in his position.

Jim Gould was heard saying, "I've done my fucking job," which is an unacceptable way for a professional to speak. He also used foul language when he said, "Your f'ing right there's hope" and "so I know I'm not supposed to twist your arms to vote yes, but fuck it, I am."

Furthermore, he made comments that were disrespectful and unprofessional. He said, "you should vote yes cause it's a bloody good deal" and "we will blame everything on your greed." These statements are manipulative and unbecoming of a union representative.

Jim Gould also made remarks about the union's past failures, saying "how shitty we have done as a union and I was eating a lot of shit." This is not an appropriate way to address the union's members, and it shows a lack of respect for the hard work and dedication of union members.

It is clear that Jim Gould's behavior is not in line with the standards of professionalism and respect that the union expects from its leaders & its members.
