Looters Use Scooters At Walgreens To Help With Their Get Away

Video recorded at a Walgreens in the Temescal neighborhood in Oakland, Calif. last week shows masked youths using a bike and scooters to aid in looting. Staff are instructed not to intervene due to safety and company liability issues.
