Who is Billy Coen? (Resident Evil 0)

Billy Coen joins Rebecca Chambers as one of the two main protagonists for the game, Resident Evil 0. A former Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps, it would be Billy's time in the military that would ultimately lead him to his harrowing adventures in the Arklay Mountains. Sentenced to death for war crimes during a tour in Africa, Billy would catch a lucky break when his escort vehicle would be attacked during his prison transfer. An attack which would see Billy freed of his imprisonment and let loose in the harsh wilderness of Arklay.

Resident Evil Zero is a survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom for the GameCube in 2002. It is a prequel to Resident Evil, covering the ordeals experienced in the Arklay Mountains by special police force unit, the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team.
