Black teen shot by elderly white man in Missouri!

Black 16 year old male, Ralph Yarl, was shot and injured by an 84 year old white male, Andrew Lester, in Kansas City, MO. The police have charged Lester with first-degree assault and armed criminal action, class A felonies. Lester has since posted a bail set at $200,000.
