In this video, I discuss Gary Gensler's congressional testimony yesterday, in the context of the SEC's ongoing attack on companies issuing unregistered securities and pretending that they are neutral digital assets.

It's quite likely that the main reason Gensler refused to answer Chair Patrick McHenry's questions is because the SEC is actively building a case against Ethereum.

Meanwhile, all of these tokens continue to lose value against Bitcoin, the apex digital asset.

What continues to be quite clear is that Bitcoin is widely regarded by regulators as a digital commodity, without an issuer.
