The PDF of Tesla's Master Plan 3 in 20 seconds. This is just video 1, the next will add more info. #elonmusk is in the final versions of his global energy reconstruction plans. I'm guessing the next MP will be for Mars or the Solar System in general. We will need higher speed transport for much more than that. If you have thoughts on MP 4 please leave them in the comments.
