We will be chiseling our entire core in this 15 minute intense standing abs workout with light 3 lb hand weights (not required). Alongside the abs and core are the shoulders, arms, chest and back, so we'll be getting a great upper body workout too! We will do 26 exercises, for 30 seconds each, no repeats!
