The Problem with NoFap ⚠️👎🏻 (Masturbation Is Healthy)
5 Healthy Masturbation Tips 🔥👇🏻
(Tip 5 is VERY important for anyone interested in NoFap or Semen Retention)
🔸 1 - Understand that masturbation is a training ground for your sexual response system, and however you typically masturbate will have an impact on how skillfully (or not) you’re able to have sex with another human.
🔸 2 - Touch and focus on your ENTIRE body when you masturbate. Most guys just focus on the head of the penis, which limits full-body pleasure and makes premature ejaculation more likely during sex because of a hyper focus on penile pleasure.
🔸 3 - Stop using masturbation as a quick technique to “get off.” Doing so habituates your body to peak orgasm focused sex, and it will limit the full-body pleasure that’s actually possible. Choose other methods to relax and reduce stress like exercise, stretching, meditation, going for a walk, calling a friend, etc.
🔸 4 - Start incorporating extended masturbation sessions into your life. Masturbate for a minimum of 20 minutes at a time BEFORE ejaculating. This allows time for your body to fully relax into the experience, and for your body to realize ejaculation isn’t the immediate goal.
🔸 5 - Learn how to masturbate and fully enjoy the experience WITHOUT ejaculating. This allows you to enjoy and get the benefits of sexual pleasure as much as you want, without ejaculating more than what’s useful for you.
Doing tip number 5 involves practice, and the learning of skills like sexual energy transmutation so you don’t get blue balls, stagnation or pelvic inflammation… And the practice is worth it.
