IS THERE A GROWING UNPOPULARITY of the World Health Organisation?

Is the WHO performing well or have they lost the narrative?
Do we want global treaties and agreements with global entities (usually created after a World War), which have not been put before a peoples referendum? League of Nations spin off entity from 1920, after WWI.
