If you enjoy Spanish tapas, you must be very familiar with Gambas al Ajillo or Spanish Garlic Shrimps. With only a few ingredients and simple preparation method, you too can replicate this delicious dish (if not even better than what most tapas bar would offer). Enjoy the garlicky goodness of my take on this world-famous dish!

EASY GAMBAS AL AJILLO

Ingredients:
300g shelled shrimps (frozen – 21/25 size)
30g garlic
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white sugar
¼ tsp red chili flakes
Chopped cilantro for garnish
A squeeze of lemon
