This live stream is done on the start of day 5 and the end of day 4 of the dry fast. technically two hours short of the 96 hours.

Dry fasting is the practice of abstaining from both food and water. If done correctly, the body enters a hyperosmotic state that intensifies detoxification. There are research papers that prove it is possible to dry fast, as far as 5 days, but no formal papers on additional days. Therefore this is considered uncharted territory and should not be performed without medical supervision or recommendation.
