7th Constitutional Default: INDICT NEWSOM (Count 3) - New California, Amador County - 4/18/23

California was accepted into the Union in 1850 as a FREE state. The current governor/dictator Gavin Newsom, along with a complicit uniparty legislative branch, are GUILTY of SUPPORTING SLAVERY in California.

Tolerance for any form of slavery by a state actor demonstrates an obvious failure to protect the people from domestic violence, a responsibility explicitly stated in Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

Gavin's repeated denial of the drastic need for increased border security, makes him at best, an incompetent government official, and at worst, someone who personally profits off this sick, abhorrent industry.

Citizens of the upcoming FREE state of New California, declare that we will Preserve 100% of our American Freedoms in THIS generation, if not forever, at least for the following generation.

New California proposes that we represent the cleanest, swiftest, and prosperous way to solve California's existing impasse and advance America's sacred mission of ever seeking "a more perfect union of States." We believe that our "state-split" solution is the clearest and most Constitutionally-adherent process to ensure financial solvency for both states going forward.

If properly matured, the citizens of America will grow wiser and more trained as we face these detestable and evil acts of sedition and conspiracy. New California statehood will help "provide new guards" for the Restoration of this treasured Republic of Free States.
