Ingredients:

• 500 g of ground beef
• 400 g of tomato sauce
• 1 egg
• 150 g breadcrumbs
• 100 g mozzarella cheese, diced
• 50 g grated mozzarella
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 1 chopped onion
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Spicy paprika
• Frying oil

Method:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well, add the breadcrumbs little by little until you get the point. Until you can form the balls without them tearing apart.

Make the balls and remember to always put a little piece of cheese in the middle of them.

After that, fry them all in very hot oil.

Drain, distribute on a platter, put the tomato sauce on top, add the chopped mozzarella and bake in a temperature of 200° degrees for about 20 minutes.
