NY fire and rescue crews respond to deadly scene of parking garage collapse

A four-story parking garage collapsed in lower Manhattan on Tuesday afternoon, April 18, killing one person and injuring at least five, according to officials. Officials said four people were taken to hospital and one person refused treatment. The collapse occurred on Ann Street, near William Street.
