Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips
And from a deceitful tongue. (Psalms 120:2 NKJV)

The purpose of advertising is to:

Establishes credibility

Persuasive advertising convinces people to purchase products or services based on how they feel about them, not facts. These strategies allow deceivers to establish credibility through well-constructed arguments. These arguments cause people to believe you and act on the advertisements.

This is exactly how Satan uses sin. He advertises it as something good and beautiful, and people react accordingly. I use the food analogy of how bad food is advertised as good to us, tasty. But these advertisements never show what can happen by consuming these processed foods, which are basically garbage.

Turn to Jesus, as He is our ONLY hope!
