Tuesday Topic of the Week April 18 2023: Talking With Restaurant Workers

There is a lot of news out there right now about there being a severe shortage of available restaurant and food service workers. The subtext seems to be that no one wants these jobs anymore. But the media never actually speaks to real service industry employees because they feel doing so is beneath them.
