#GETONIT
One x ONIT Set of each of the following:
1. Chinups (i did single arms variations you can do normal)
2. Front lever (try knees to bar if too hard)
3. Bodyweight Overhand grip rows (feet on goal post to if challenging)
4. Pullups Overhand
5. Single Arm Row (You can use two arms if too challenging)
6. Bicep Chinups
7. Hanging Knee Raises
