Jerry goes on to explain, that awareness of what your feeling is the key to guiding your vibrational ship. Meaning, if you don't feel well you might want to ask yourself why? I know this might sound odd, but we need to check inn with ourselves. Too many times, we go full speed ahead on all cylinders and forget that we are non-physical energy living in a human body.With this work, it's a different orientation.For example, your hungry , but you put it off because your busy, so once you do go eat you have headache why? Because you weren't aware of how you felt or you ignored it. So I know what you going to say Liz I was busy I lost track of time. All your response are accurate and right. Ok so now what do we do, because to every question there is an answer. To every problem there is a solution. But I don't just want to know what the obstacle is, I want a way to remedy it. So I would say next time I will listen, and I will be in a different place where I can take care of myself. The more we mediate, journal, do lists of positive aspects, appreciate our lives we catch these tendencies and we can move them to a better feeling vibrational advantageous place, by doing simple things like that. Also reminding ourselves that we are doing good! We are not alone in this beautiful journey called life.
