05 17 88 Clearing up some odds and ends...

Among the odds and ends we clean up are - finding the hidden cappys, getting some more medallions, checking the junkyard for a respawn (not yet), grab the power armor frame from the overpass, and we learn that the Chinese stealth armor is no good at hiding you from the bots in the Galactic Zone.
