Sparks Fly as Motorist Cruises Down Nevada Highway in Vehicle Missing a Wheel

A highway near Reno, Nevada, was lit up in sparks on April 14 after a motorist was seen driving a car missing a wheel.

Video released by Washoe County Sheriff’s Office shows patrol units and region partners stopping an “impaired” driver after a brief pursuit. Once stopped, the driver is seen waving out the window and signaling to law enforcement officers to pass.

“The driver exited their vehicle, was taken into custody without incident, and charged with driving under the influence,” police said.
