BEFORE he’d become the frat-boy turned middle-aged man that everyone in the world seems to want to party with, Bert Kreischer was born on November 3rd, 1972 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shortly thereafter, he and his family -- including his mother who worked in early childhood development and his father who worked as a real-estate attorney -- moved to nearby Tampa where he then spent the majority of his childhood and once lost all of his teeth in a freak baseball accident. As a teenager, Bert attended a Jesuit high school, which might have you thinking he was probably a pretty well-behaved adolescent, but there couldn’t be anything further from the truth. In fact, the first time Bert ever got drunk was in the Ninth grade drinking Natty Lights behind his friend Alan’s house. And the only reason he even remembers that night at all is because they left their bottles in his friend’s back yard, only to have his mother discover the evidence and bust them while they were still drunk. Rather than feel guilty or anxious about what he had done, instead, Bert felt pretty freakin’ fantastic. Throughout the rest of high-school he’d drink often and repeatedly, but never enough to make himself ill. Then, in the 90s, Albert got accepted to Florida State University – an institution that had recently been named as the country’s number one party school – and for the next six years he’d become the most obnoxious party-goer of all.
