Progress on environmental education park delayed by storm damage

Storm damage in Kernville has delayed plans for the opening of Kern County's first environmental education park, but the Kern River Conservancy is hoping the community will help them get those plans back on track as soon as possible. 23ABC's Vania Patino spoke with the executive director of the conservancy about what the organization needs to get the park project back on track.
