President Biden

Should a president who has proven himself to the world for over 3 years now to be incompetent have the power to initiate a war or to make any decisions whatsoever that affects the people of the United States and our country? Biden's decisions represent every single person in this country. We need to take a stand if we believe that our president isn't capable to make decisions or not say anything and allow things to go on the way they are and be part of the problem.
