We are constantly seeing mob violence by black teens all over the country. Curfews have been put in place , but how can that really be enforced with the shortage of police , who will enforce this .. Nothing will stop this until they start charging the parent or guardians of these wild juveniles who break the law, if they are on government assistance it should be taken away, & they should also be fined.
