A short video of a dance series dedicated to Nature Movement Meditations: how Nature speaks to me in movement and I listen and give back. All movements are spontaneous, being birthed by the communion with Nature. And some movements are involuntary kundalini expressions.

Nature speaks in the City too, even though the frequencies were much denser there - a potion of electromagnetic fields being projected into the space and being received by ones system. And we can choose what to let in and what to let move through.
