Goodland Tech is bringing innovative training & high-paying technology jobs to rural Kansas. Their vision is to help reverse population decline in rural America by providing a well-trained workforce to enterprise companies that work in emerging technologies such as Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3.

Because of the efforts of Goodland Tech, companies like MasterCard are finding a home in Goodland, KS. Fifty new jobs and $3 million in new salaries have been added to the local economy. Goodland Tech has been recognized as the “Tech Startup of the Year” by Flagship Kansas and has been featured in regional and state media. They have received strong support from the Northwest Kansas Economic Innovation Center, Kansas US Senator Jerry Moran, and many others.

For their newest venture, Goodland Tech has partnered with Northwest Kansas Technical College to train and hire a workforce of software developers in western Kansas to fill jobs in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. The unique program they have developed provides focused education and paid apprenticeships that lead directly to high-paying jobs in the region and provides for tuition reimbursement.
