The Chicago City Life Center embraces "The 4T Model Trauma, Treat, Transform, Train.":

• Trauma: Meet the traumatized where they are.
• Treat: Bring the traumatized to the site of treatment–the church–and begin building a relationship for the purpose of diagnosis.
• Transform: Foster transformation through our Life Skills class, Wednesday Prayer, small groups, and bible studies.
• Train: Help those who have been transformed go back into the field to reach others who have been traumatized.
