Group Jumps on Car, Runs Across Traffic in Chicago During Teenage Weekend of Chaos

A video filmed in Chicago, Illinois, on Friday showed what looked like a group of youths jumping on a car, then running across traffic during a weekend where many teenagers participated in so called "teen takeovers", where many youths caused chaos and rampaged across the city.
