Pokemon Scarlet - 7 Star Typhlosion Raid

No commentary on this one and only one fight since Blue was kind of in a hurry. We bring Crimson along, which is a little bit of bad news for the rodent. Crimson and I both have Snarl, and Typhlosion is a special attacker, so after that first turn, he is growing weaker and weaker. Blue is here with Iron Hands so he can use Belly Drum and land a KO punch. It does come down to the wire, so it probably would have been tense had we been able to talk.

Anyway, we have another addition to the collection, and sadly, this will probably be the last of the easier ones. Typhlosion has not really been changed much at all since gen 2, and lost a lot of its coverage moves in the physical/special split. It really does need some buffs to be competitive, but even despite this, it is not as badly off as some of the other starters over the years.
