Vitamin salad 🥗

🥕Ingredients:

🔹Beets - 150 gr
🔹Radish - 100 gr
🔹Carrots - 100 gr
🔹Walnuts
For the dressing:
🔹Olive / vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
🔹Honey - 1 tsp

👩‍🍳Preparation:

🔪Grate beets, carrots, radishes and apples on a fine grater for "Korean carrots" beets, radishes, carrots and green apples.
Make the dressing: mix lemon juice, olive oil and honey.Let the salad rest for 30 minutes, because it will taste great.Serve with chopped walnuts.
