Karl Marx said, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" and the three largest utility companies in California are taking this to heart and proposing to change the way they bill customers for part of their electrical bill. The amount billed will be based on the customer's income level. Is this class warfare? How will they determine someones income level? Keep Your Ear to the Ground, and Head on a Swivel!
